Real Estate
We have extensive experience in any aspect of business involving real estate, from drafting the necessary construction documentation to finalising issues with the Latvian Land Book Registry. We have assisted clients in real estate acquisitions and subsequent real estate management.

Human Rights in business matters
It is not unusual that we face a piece of legislature that we feel is unconstitutional and we are grateful to our foreign clients who have supported our endeavours to weed out such inconsistencies in various business and commercial matters.
We have devised and submitted a number of constitutional complaints to the Constitutional Court. We are both proud and delighted that our success in the Constitutional Court has considerably improved the Latvian civil procedure in the area of provisional measures making it more civilised and western.
