At times when legal action in state courts is inevitable we would be one of the most reasonably aggressive litigation practices to choose from having fought on behalf of our clients for more than 15 years and at all instances of the Latvian court system, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. We are also handling matters before the European Court of Human Rights.

Our cases include some of the heaviest, multi-party, high value and publicity-sensitive commercial actions.
